バックヴィンテージ入荷しました！頑固な古典派から大きく脱皮。ニュイへ、ピュリニーへと拡大した400年以上の歴史を誇る大ドメーヌが手掛ける、ブドウの卓越したポテンシャルが感じられる1本！シャトー・ド・ピュリニー・モンラッシェは17世紀に建てられた城館です。1950年代からブドウ栽培家であり詩人でもあったロラン・テヴナンによって、シャトー・ド・ピュリニー・モンラッシェは名声を築きました。その後、金融機関の所有となり、2002年にシャトーの支配人として抜擢されたのが、ヴォルネイのドメーヌ・ド・モンティーユの長男、エティエンヌ・ド・モンティーユです。エティエンヌ氏は栽培方法をビオディナミ農法に転換。ワインの質を劇的に向上させシャトーの名声復活を見事成し遂げました。2012年には、モンティーユ家がオーナーの金融機関からシャトーの購入に成功。ドメーヌ・ド・モンティーユ並びに、シャトー・ド・ピュリニー・モンラッシェとしてワインをリリースし続けています。シャトー・ド・ピュリニー・モンラッシェのワインの特徴は、ミネラル感と酸味のエネルギーに満ち溢れているという点。新樽をほとんど使用せず、自然な味わいを重視しており土壌やブドウの個性を最大限に尊重しています。2017年ヴィンテージからは、全てド・モンティーユ のラベルで造られています。「シュヴァリエ・モンラッシェ グラン・クリュ」は、モンラッシェを凌駕するとも言われています。0.23haの区画を所有。エレガンスとバランスを重視しながらこの畑のテロワールを表現することに努めています。ブドウの卓越したポテンシャルが感じられる1本です。モンラッシェのさらにその上に位置するシュヴァリエは、表土が浅く、石灰質の母岩が露出するような土壌。このグラン・クリュ以上にミネラリーなワインはほかにない。アカシアの花とその蜂蜜のようなフレーバーがトップノーズに現れ、ミネラルの風味がアタックから余韻まで支配する。CHATEAU DE PULIGNY MONTRACHET CHEVALIER MONTRACHET GRAND CRUシャトー・ド・ピュリニー・モンラッシェ シュヴァリエ・モンラッシェ グラン・クリュ生産地：フランス ブルゴーニュ コート・ド・ボーヌ ピュリニー・モンラッシェ原産地呼称：AOC. The very long finish leaves the palate vibrating. This very youthful 2015 grand cru should age slowly and gracefully. - By Stephen Tanzer on June 2017ワインアドヴォケイト：(94-96) ポイントRP (94-96) Reviewed by: Neal Martin Drink Date: 2019 - 2035The 2015 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru has supreme focus and intensity on the nose: citrus peel， wet limestone， lanolin all veiled in a very subtle reduction without denuding this Grand Cru of the delineation you come to expect. The palate is very well balanced with a fine line of acidity， bright and vivacious with superb mineralit・・ and great persistence on the finish. This is a very composed and imperious Chevalier-Montrachet that does justice to this great vineyard.I feel that Ch・・teau de Puligny-Montrachet has improved remarkably in recent years. This year they started picking on 26 August with the Bourgogne Blanc and finished on 2 September. The old vines had endured inconsistent flowering， which meant yields were more in line with 2012 and 2013， though sporadic rainfall had kept maturity progressing during the growing season. They were mindful of picking wines on the correct day， lest they became too viscous， though found that those vineyards with altitude needed more time. "We did the debourbage after 24/48 hours，" winemaker Brian Sieve told me. "Usually there is a little less lees here than at Domaine de Montille. We did not use too much new oak， even though alcohol levels could support it and they will spend a year in barrel， then be bottled in February." Though their 2015s do not generally possess that cutting edge so many of the 2014s were blessed with， I found these well crafted with good acidity levels， elevated by considerate winemaking approach.
